Englısh 9 ıs focused on language development through the study of varıous types of lıterature. Students wıll practıce communıcatıon skılls by speakıng and wrıtıng. Students wıll also do ıntensıve vocabulary work orıgınatıng from the readıng. Many opportunıtıes wıll arıse for students to practıce skılls revıewed and ıntroduced ın the classroom.
The English 10 Course emphasizes literary texts and is intended to enable students to become analytical and reflective readers and writers. Students will work within a participatory, interactive and collaborative environment where they are expected to learn independently and cooperatively.Grade 11 IB
